A nice feature. Something I was missing in Calibre. I like it.
One thing I saw, when you start the tool you have first the menu option create a new entry. If you select an existing toc the options change to a set of actions but you can't go back to this first menu option. It’s maybe a bit inconsistent for a book what have already a toc.
By playing around, some when the wish came up to combine this tool with xpath expression from the conversion toc dialog. It would be nice to have something like a preselected toc where I can define what entries I like to see (e.g. for books with long chapter listings).
Only a thought and may be something for future enhancements.
