Reading Apps - Translation Question

Background: While reading on the Kindle PaperWhite, if you encounter a word or phrase in a non-English language, highlighting the word/phrase brings up a menu - one of the choices is "Translate" - and it does a fairly decent job of recognizing the language and providing a translation. This is done without leaving the page you're reading - a "quick & dirty" way to not interrupt your reading by having to highlight, copy & paste the word/phrase into another screen, or leave the page to open up a browser.

Question: Do any of the android reading apps (Moon, Mantano, etc.) have a similar capability? Does any app allow you to translate foreign words/phrases while reading without having to exit or close the reading app and open a browser window?
