I have a story written in OpenOffice, saved in ODT format. Each new chapter begins on a new page with 'Chapter ' + chapter number beginning on the 3rd line of the page, left aligned.

To get the TOC, I use the heuristic processing and the output is EPUB. It detects each chapter but then duplicates the last chapter.

Thoughts? Questions? Suggestions?

Anyone else seen this behavior?
