Science fiction author John Scalzi is publishing his series The Human Division in a serial format, with a new episode every tuesday. Issue #9 The Observers is supposed to be available today, however it still shows on kobobooks.com as pre-order rather than purchase. I checked Amazon (Kindle), Barnes and Noble (Nook), Google, and Apple (iTunes). All show this episode as available for purchase. Why not Kobo? Previous to this, every tuesday I have gone onto the Kobo website and purchased that weeks release of The Human Division, sometimes as early as 6 am. I emailed Kobo customer care, and got a form "we got your email, and will get to it in 24-48 hours response"
This is the address I'm using

There is a listing for it showing as available here

I have noticed recently on the Kobo site that some books are showing twice for the same copy.

See top 2 books - identical but one for sale and one for preorder.
