Anyone with a green username is a moderator ("editor" in the forum terminology). You can see the full list by clicking on the "
View Forum Leaders" link at the bottom of the main forums page (the group called "moderators" there are users with special rights only in particular subforums).
Then you just click on the username, "Sent Message" and "Send a private message to..." (or on "send pm" on the right)
