Just checked it on my Toshiba (AMD x64 W7HP SP 1 )
No amount of clicks re-docks once in the state.
I solidly believe this is a corruption of the sigil.ini file
I can re-dock
within the session, but if I close Sigil with them undocked.
only deleting OR restoring the ini from a saved
good copy will dock them
