My circumstances don't really give me an interest in Bookbaby.
I see three main questions.
1. Is a relationship with them helpful in that:
a) useful information/aid is given in a timely manner?
b) good sales are gained?
c) overall there is a satisfying cost/performance ratio?
The individual has to judge these things for himself.
