I use a column called "Status", (I think I created it using preferences, add your own columns using the yes/no option). With that you can mark the books that are ready with a check mark, (type "yes" in the column to get the mark). In this column you can also come up with your own codes to show the status of the book, (ie CM = Check Metadata)
