You have gotten confused between jailbreak and jbpatch.

The jailbreak will not cause any problem.
Because you removed the jailbreak, you need to rejailbreak before uninstalling jbpatch:

1)Install jailbreak
2)Use uninstaller from jbpatch
3)Install 5.3.2

If you have any problems, use this https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=206064, jailbreak (NOT JBPATCH!!!), and update to 5.3.2
