Come
And talk of all the things we did today
Here
And laugh about our funny little ways
While we have a few minutes to breathe
Then I know that it's time you must leave
But darling be home soon
I couldn't bear to wait an extra minute if you dawdled
My darling be home soon
It's not just these few hours but I've been waiting since I toddled
For the great relief of having you to talk to

Those were some wonderful times...
Good morning, everyone! Today, in 1776, Adam Smith published his book, 'Wealth of Nations,' one of the most widely read economics books of the times. It's my belief that the boredom of this led to the start of the American Revolution that same year.
Last night I decided to cannibalize the 'Twin' and make some green tea for today's breakfast. She is more than large enough now to handle the loss of a few leaves, so I plucked, chopped, and dried a few in a hot-air oven, and now have a big mug of her sitting beside me. Absolutely VILE brew... but she's 'family' so I'll have to pretend I love it. Then I'll make something good... What a way to start a day.
