If you want to start over completely fresh, perform a factory reset, then delete everything on the USB drive except for the "TTS" folder. That should do. Otherwise, you can probably just reinstall the stuff you want to install. (e.g., KUAL will work after you install devcerts and Kindlet jailbreak)
