If you want a pure wifi solution then you can use ES File Explorer on Android, assuming that the documents you are editing are in a format that Android can edit. ES File Explorer can show folders on the local network, so as long as you keep your documents on a shared folder you'll be able to open them on the tablet.

That doesn't help with Scrivener, of course. The only way you could work with that from your tablet would be to remote desktop back into your PC.
