DNSB, that's an interesting lead. Did you find a fix for this? It's curious that for these pesky titles, the Kobo font icon in the lower toolbar (the two "A"s) is not there. Instead it's replaced by an icon w 4 arrows that seems to permit zooming-- though it doesn't work very well.

Library downloads work seamlessly on my other readers, and I was hoping the Kobo Mini would also fit the bill in this area. So far not.
The AA icon was still there, just that the font size change didn't work or had so little effect, it may as well not have been there. Since it was a library book after I went through it with Sigil and edited the stylesheet to use em instead of pixels for font size and removed the embedded fonts, I did some testing and the behaviour had return to normal so I deleted the books.

The only epub I've seen display the zoom four headed arrow on was one of Kobo's own documents that was full page images. Otherwise, I only see it on CBR/CBZ and PDF files.

Regards,
David
