Mobi books created with Calibre don't show covers in Kindle for Mac
Hmmm... if you use the latest version of Kindle for Mac 1.10.5 (and I presume Kindle for Windows), books created with Calibre don't have covers anymore. I don't know when Calibre & Kindle compatibility diverged but I remember Kindle for Mac/Win showing covers just fine.

They all have default covers like this:


Mobi books created with older Calibre versions seem to show covers fine.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there a fix?
