I am going to just send you one of my own debian partitions.

mount it on /mnt/us

as /mnt/us/debian.ext3

the debian.sh will take care of the mounting

use the files I attach here to manage the mounting.

I haven't made a KUAL button of it all but doubtless it would be simple.

then just run the Xephyr command to get it running...
so from INSIDE DEBIAN run

Xephyr :1 -title "L:A_N:application_ID:xephyr_PC:N" -screen 768x1024 -cc 4 -dpi 200 &

(adjust sizes, colour count and dpi to suit)

Will pm you the link for the debian.ext3 once it is up.

I took the time to apt-get update it to today to save you effort.

Obviously you can get a FAR better solution in the medium term but at least this will get you going "today"

and YES there is a whole pile of crap in the debian probably... free free to hack and slash, resize the ext3, export the Xephyr etc... all that good stuff.

File Type: zip libXfont.so.1-DAMMIT.zip (114.4 KB, 162 views)
