You seem very confused about what an introvert is. It doesn't mean anti-social. Here you are socializing on an internet message board, with a lot of other introverts since this means of communication is very comfortable and popular with introverts. Discussing books is not new, only the medium is new and in many ways it's geared to introverts, not extroverts.
