The Kindle version has a larger file size than it used to, and (judging by the sample) All the Names is now in the TOC and the overall copyright section, so the publisher may well have uploaded yet another, actually complete version. Unfortunately, there's still no update available in the Manage Your Kindle page, so those of us who've already bought the collection appear to be out of luck. But the price remains $6.60, so if you were holding off because All the Names was missing, you should be able to buy safely now.
