i only had to pay because i scheduled the pick up so i don't think amazon should have to pay for me being lazy

but i have a feeling it is going to take longer than a week for these issues to be resolved, if they are at all. and apparently i don't have enough luck on my side to get an acceptable device so i might have to wait for the second generation
