You have to Allow the connection (port) past the firewall.

it may be this one

Code:

C:\Program Files\Calibre2\calibre-server.exe

or it could be

Code:

C:\Program Files\Calibre2\calibre.exe

(I am not sure which the COMPANION server uses)
