My process is simple.
1. cut off the spine
2. Put it through the sheetfeeder at my work and scan at 400dpi
3. Put it through ABBYY and save as DOCX, HTML and PDF/A (PDF/A for error hunting, HTML to see if all went well and for the images.
4. Run all my macro's minus 1
5. Run spellcheck
6. Run HTML export macro
7. Create book in Sigil including layout
