Yes, they're the same. If you broke one, remember you can order one for a reasonable price that chris77586 made for us through Shapeways. The only difference is that it doesn't have the "notch" around the tip, which I think is what makes it snap into place. The replacement stylus stays firmly in though, there's no chance of it slipping out, and they're very sturdy.

When I remember to pick up a small circular saw for my Dremel, I'm going to try and add that notch to the end and see if that is indeed what makes it "snap" in place.
