This is the same type of cable that I use, and reported on this type of cable elsewere here several months ago. I use the cable with my blackberry wal-wart charger and it works extremely well. It is nice having just the one Y cable for both charging and USB functionality.
The only thing that one must remember is to not use the USB to attempt recharging via a wall charger. I have made this mistake one or twice, and it causes the Ebook to rescan it's system upon disconnecting the charger.
