Are you sideloading by USB or emailing? When you email, Amazon changes the entry to PDOC.

You can use Mobi2mobi to change the entries without doing a conversion. See the Sticky in the Mobi subforum.

Change exth type 501 to EBOK and 113 to an ASIN entry (you can use Amazon's own ASIN or an artificial one as Calibre does).
