Hi!

We have noticed that in larger e-pubs (like 1000 pages or more) the back button does not work as expected. The steps to reproduce are:

1. Open table of contents and select various titles. And then select e.g. chapter 18, chapter 17, chapter 18
2. Click back. It should bring you to chapter 17, another click on back to chapter 18. But what it happens is nothing. In some cases it even brings you to a wrong page.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Platform: Windows 7, calibre v0.9.19
