Just some observations from what I've seen...

The settlement allows discounting and Books On Board has been discounting former Agency titles 30% off their new prices off and on for months, but they don't allow coupons or "reward dollars". None of the former Agency titles can be coupon-ed at Kobo or Sony. OmniLit/AllRomance allow "rewards" on some former Agency stuff (HarperCollins at least), but doesn't discount from list price. Amazon is discounting a lot (all?) former Agency stuff and I don't recall them ever doing any coupons other than a few 'special offers'.
