Coupons, discounts, and new publisher agreements

You know how you get some great coupon code from Kobo or Sony, and it sounds exciting, and then you find that there are very few books it works on? Yeah, I hate that too. But with the anti-trust settlement and the new publisher agreements, are there any big six publishers who previously wouldn't allow coupons, and now they do? Or has only Amazon entered into new agreements so far? Do we anticipate that more publishers will allow coupons in the near future? Is this, or is this not, part of the ant-trust settlements?

Thanks for any insight,
eP
