I'm attempting to create an epub file from a PDF file that has links set up that connect each chapter title line to the page where it appears.

When I convert the document from PDF to ePub, using Calibre, the chapter lines are highlighted as if they were a link, but nothing happens when they're clicked.

I assume there must be a setting in Calibre that will retain the links during the conversion process, but after spending a few hours trying to make it happen, I'm now here seeking help.
