Nexus 7

I cannot get Calibre to recognize my Nexus 7. A box came up when I first connected it asking if I wanted Calibre to manage the Nexus and I clicked "no" then I decided to try to put some books on my sisters Nexus and it doesn't see it.

Is there a setting somewhere that I have switched off in Calibre that needs switching on for the Nexus
