The connectivity page returns a tiny bit of (json?) something to confirm you are online NOTHING MORE. if it is not found your wifi connection DROPS, nothing to do with login pages or anything.
WIFI_NO_NET_PROBE removes this check.

I have a wifi hotspot,any other device can conect to it normally
but kindle can't
After connect and input password it always said __sign-in required__

and in other isp's hotspot i can connect to kindle
approache 1: let ISP to provide connection to __Kindle Reachability Probe page.__
But i find that i can directly visit that page using ip
