That fix will depend on how long the lines are. If you are using flush left/ragged right justification, a line can be as long as a line with flush left/right justification on depending on total length of the words on the line.

One item that I find rather funny is that Kobo gives you a choice of justification off, left flush/ragged right or flush left/right. I actually generated a short epub with ragged left/right flush justification and either off or left flush looked the same when reading it.
