Right now the sun is peeking out from under a layer of clouds as it sets.
Tonight, the snow that's headed for New England will be coming through. Each time they update the weather forecast the expected snowfall goes up. It's shaping up to be a classic "French toast emergency."*
Still, by the beginning of next week the temperature is due to be well above freezing, so it shouldn't last too long.
* I first heard this term from a friend. We were discussing pre-storm crowds in a supermarket, buying all the milk, bread and eggs they could carry. He decided they must all be making French toast.
