Well, the difference is in Date format (Russian DD.MM.YYYY, Russian-US MM/DD/YYYY) and in Russian letter sort, which I implemented as an extra feature. It didn't work properly in that release, it should work well in the latest release (just above). I am not sure you would want it though, as it removes the Latin-based alphabeth sorting (replaces it with Cyrillic sorting).

So far I was able to just keep adding the languages, so the most recent file usually has all the features of the previous files.
