Of course you might be able to create your own faster than getting help elsewhere! There are lots of places like http://www.memtest86.com/ that have source code and algorithms for memory testing on other platforms.

Last thought is that maybe developer forums or Palm/PalmSource support can provide something. Clearly, Palm and PalmSource have something laying around, it's just a matter of whether or not they would share it.
