That's exactly what we're talking about - using the series metadata in Calibre. But I'm a little puzzled by what you mean when you say "it will make a folder for that series". Filling in series metadata in Calibre does absolutely nothing on the Kindle, unless you then USE that metadata in some way, such as with a plugboard.

Can you elaborate on what you mean?
