Well, Peter Sellers (!) did play James Bond in "Casino Royale" from 1967, a film not considered "canonical". In the same film Ursula Andress (better known as Honey Ryder) played both Vesper and 007.
But since Bilbo explicitly stated "official" I guess Sellers doesn't qualify - although since it's MGM that has the rights for this movie, why isn't it "official"? Is it because the part of 007 was played by so many in Casino Royale?
