Calibre anomoly
Calibre has two tools to review LRF files:

ebook-viewer.exe
lrfviewer.exe

Win7 64bit will accept ebook-viewer in association with .lrf but will not accept lrfviewer.

Has anyone else run into this or happen to know why?
