This. Full justification, no extra empty lines and indents for new paragraphs.
I am so used to full justification, whenever I read a book that has left justification, I see every single line as a sentence. I can never get up to speed in those kinds of books. The same when there are white lines between paragraphs (as opposed to only between sections). I see every paragraph as a single section and that has the same effect as left justification.
