Since you are familiar with Palms, how about a TX? Nice big screen, choice of a lot of readers, non-volitile memory. I'm currently reading books on my Treo 650 and I agree the screen is a bit small. I have 3 pocket PCs (two Ipaqs and a Toshiba) but they are just not convenient to use. After Xmas I'm going to get a TX and dedicate it to ebook reading. Using WiFi it will be easy to access my Fictionwise and eReader accounts, and download stuff from Blackmask. Plus, the charger for my Treo will work on the TX when I travel.
