I've sent them several emails over the last week (to a personal contact as well as support) asking for an RMA number so I could get the broken screen on my EB-100 repaired or replaced. Nothing! No feedback. No contact. No response. It's worse than the lack-of-support effort we'd seen from Bookeen about two months ago!

Who gives a flying fig about increased shipments if they're not going to provide *SUPPORT* when a reader breaks!
