Easiest way (probably): Contact Kindle support, and explain the situation. They most probably have an ace up their sleeve.

Otherwise, you can follow the "simple debrick" instructions in the dev corner to boot it into diags mode (you don't need to actually de-brick or flash anything, you just need to get into diags mode), and from there you can blast the /dev/mmcblk0p3 partition to restore it to factory settings. But if you've never done anything like that before, this procedure will probably take a lot more time, and if you're not careful with what you're doing (meaning: you need to know exactly what you're doing, and why), you can also make the situation much worse.
