Any of the major eInk devices would be just fine, I suspect. It's easy to convert LIT to other formats such as MobiPocket or Sony's BBeB format. Devices such as the CyBook Gen3, Sony Reader or (if you live in the US) Amazon Kindle would all do what you require.
