Back to topic, I agree that instant brain dump may be very useful for many things, but not for leisure reading. One thing is to enjoy the journey, another is to recall/remember it.

About virtual models reading stories for us... Would they have to create a special model that could read properly?
When I was first married, I listened to my wife since I was the only one there that she talked to. Then we got a dog & she talked to the dog. The we had a kid & she talked to the dog & the kid. Then she started talking to the TV, Then she started talking to herself. Now-a-days, when she's talking she most often is not talking to me so I rarely listen to her.
