No. As I stated quite clearly, it's not recognized at *all*. Period. Does not complete the boot-up cycle. And I'm not about to crack it open as it's not *my* ebook reader and it's *still* under warranty. So stop having those crazy notions!

If Bookeen can't come up with a way for it to jump-install past the damaged install by a piece of firmware I can put on the SD card, then they're gonna have to take it back and swap out again. *This* time I'll send *MY* 512MB Cybook - the one I got a month ago - up to my friend as it's already got Build 708 installed, and I'll keep the fixed-or-replaced unit that Bookeen sends back. I've still got a 64MB unit to read on until the replacement unit arrives - thank GHU!
