I think I might have an idea ... or two ... or even three.

Just one more thing (yeah, I'm into the role of my great detective right now - guess who):
The question is about the topography of the house, a subject that is not covered in the story. Where is the kitchen located in respect to the lounge? How is the quality of the walls? Could e.g. voices or a crash in the lounge be heard in the kitchen, or is the kitchen so far away that we can say that ravenne in the kitchen couldn't possibly hear anything of the happenings in the lounge, no matter how noisy?

In chapter 2, dreams says "You'll have time to run up to the Patricia Clark Memorial Library", but in chapter 8 it is "Alex, Jellby and HarryT walked down the hall to the library". (Emphasize is mine). Since I'm not familiar with building customs abroad, where is the hall located? Is the hall (and thereby the library) in the same floor as the lounge or is it located in the floor above?
