Half Screensaver doesn't disapear
Hi Guys,
I'm new here.
My father has just given me his (broken) Kindle, wifi, 4th generation, 6in.
On Xmas eve, half of the screensaver image just stood fixed and it doesn't come of. We can still go to the books but only half of each page will appear because the other half remains with the same image of the screensaver that was blocked since Xmas eve.
Warranty ended 2 months ago and Amazon told my father to get a new one. He got a new one and gave me the broken.
Is there any way of getting this equipment working again?
