hmm... from 192.168.15.245 (or 244) to 192.168.1.160 requires you route the entire 192.168.0.0/16 address range.

I.E: A netmask of 255.255.0.0 for a /16 network.

Most likely you are only using a 255.255.255.0 netmask (for a /24 network).
