The King of Norway recently knighted Colonel Nils Olav, the commander of the King's Guard. Nils Olav is a penguin who resides at the Edinburgh, Scotland zoo.

I saw that story yesterday. I couldn't decide what was stranger ... that it was the Norwegians, or that it was a penguin. It's not like penguins are even from the same hemisphere ...

Hold on .... "resides at the Edinburgh, Scotland zoo??" Damn!! Don't they have any of their own imported penguins to knight?? They have to go looking for them in Scotland??
