I posted a notice in the Announcements area, moved the post to the front page, and sent everyone that thought that they might attend a PM about the Meet-up.

We have an area of the restaurant for us and everyone is welcome to join us --either for the evening or just for a quick drink. A splendid time is guaranteed for all.
