Calibre startup very slow
Calibre 0.9.4
QuadCore, WinXP
On startup Calibre takes ages to load.
Calibre does load eventually but it can take up to several minutes and more.
Once it is loaded it operates fast and without problems.
There are almost 30000 entries and the db is still growing. I wonder if the database has become too big.
If so what can I do?
If this should cause no problems what else could be the reason?
