If you are setup to read your e-mail on your kindle, the apps would be an attachment to the e-mail. Once you receive the mail you will see the attachments and you tap and download the apps to the kindle (automatic) then when they are downloaded you can tap again and then they will install themselves.
You can private message your e-mail address to whomever you trust and it will be done. I know Jessica has volunteered and I also can/will do it for you.
